How to make delicious dashimaki tamago

Hello everyone!  Thank you for looking at my recipe.  I will teach you how to make a very delicious tamagoyaki.  Tamagoyaki is a traditional Japanese dish.  There are many types of tamagoyaki in Japan.  For example, there are sweet tamagoyaki made with sugar, dashimaki tamago rolls made with bonito soup stock, and unatama, which is eel sandwiched between tamagoyaki. Tamagoyaki is not only eaten for breakfast in Japan, but it is also used as a side dish for bento.  This time, I will introduce how to make fluffy and delicious dashimaki tamago that is easy to make.  This dashimaki tamago does not require many ingredients and seasonings.  Not only that, this recipe allows you to make a hearty dashimaki tamago with fewer eggs.  That's why anyone can easily challenge because it can be made at a low cost!

[ingredients]
egg tofu (80g)
・2 eggs
[seasoning]
・vegetable oil   (10g)
Bonito soup stock  (one-third teaspoon)
[you will nead]
・one bowl
chopstick
square frying pan for fried eggs (Can be used as a regular frying pan)
whisk

procedures
1. First, put egg tofu in a bowl and mix with a whisk. When mixing, mix quickly to crush lumps of egg tofu. If you mix it clockwise, you can make it well.

2. When it's mixed until it's creamy, put 2 eggs and one-third teaspoon bonito soup stock  there. If you buy egg tofu and it comes with egg tofu sauce, you should put that in as well. That way you can give it a strong flavor.

3. Mix everything in the bowl again until it becomes liquid. At this time, you can quickly liquefy it by mixing quickly.

4. Heat a frying pan over low heat and add salad oil to it. If the fire is too strong, the dashimaki tamago will burn.

5. Once the frying pan is warm, pour one-third of the liquid in the bowl into it. And once the liquid in the frying pan has hardened, fold it from top to bottom 3-4 times. At this time, fold it slowly and carefully so that it does not lose its shape.

6. Place it on top of the frying pan and pour another third of the liquid into the frying pan. When it hardens, fold it again with the previous one 3-4 folds. As before, slowly and carefully fold it so that it does not lose its shape.

7. Place it back on top of the frying pan and pour all remaining liquid from the bowl into the frying pan. When it hardens, fold it again 2-3 times with the previous one.  At this point, use chopsticks to make it slightly square.

8.put on a plate. That's all there is to it.

It is said to be a difficult dish because it requires skill to make tamagoyaki.  However, if you follow this recipe, you can easily make tamagoyaki.  Also, if you put grated radish on this tamagoyaki, you can eat it more refreshingly.  This is just right to eat with sake.  Please, try it!
