I went to a beef cutlet specialty store with my family last Sunday. At this shop, you can eat delicious cutlets using Niigata beef. I had chirashi sushi with delicious beef. The vinegared rice and meat went well together and were very delicious. Next time I go to this restaurant, I will try to eat cutlets. I hope you will visit it!
